1st:Go to skill and get ur money and buy a chisel off the guy with the 99 farming cape on.
2nd:Buy a full inv of sapphires off the same guy.
3rd:Use ur chisel on the all the sapphires,once crafting all them into amulets(ammy's),Bank it.
4th:Buy dragonstone's and do the same thing and keep banking when got a full inv and craft dragonstone's untill 99 crafting.
5th:Teleport to home with 99k in ur inv,then speak to the wise old man and buy ur 99 crafting cape.
6th:use the emote and thank me whenu get 99.
